Usage Overview
Atlas runs automated scripts overnight to pipe data across applications. No action is required to keep each application up to date. An email will be sent to the Data Steward in the case that these automated processes fail for any reason.
The following sections describe how to complete standard workflows with Atlas.
Common Workflows
- Update Thematic Database: update thematic datasets or add a new thematic dataset to the Thematic Database.
- Update Activity Database: manage periodic updates to the Activity Database.
- Onboard an Activity: set up an Activity Folder for an Activity and support the partner to use Atlas tools and templates.
Advanced Workflows
- Update the Mission Database: Upload data from Google Workplace to the Mission Database.
